I am a chartered surveyor with over 35 years’ experience having worked in all aspect of commercial property as an agent, landlord and commercial occupier. I have successfully run my own commercial RICS regulated practice for over 25 years located in London specialising in rent reviews, lease renewal and business rates servicing landlords and occupiers such as high street brands, multi-site corporate businesses and sole traders. Property is all I have known since graduating in Land Management from Reading University in 1987 and I been advising, managing, investing and developing property throughout my working life.
